I drove down for two business meetings in CT last Thursday and half way down my tire pressure sensor went off. Seeing I was driving about 500 miles round trip in a day I figured I needed to address it. I called Secor and they said to just a op in on my way by, which I did. They couldn't have been nicer! They took care of my team re pressure and even ran my salty XC60 through the car wash. I was impressed and grateful! Got home safe and sound.

Overall fantastic customer service. I was not looking forward to the whole purchasing a new car with pushy sales people that call you like 3x a day. We arrived at Secor with two models in mind and we were immediately greeted by Bob who then introduced to Will who showed us both models, we did a test drive and he explained all the features of the car. They gave us a great price for our trade in, and overall great experience!! Would highly recommend.

My daughter's Volvo was damaged in an accident on 3/17. (Not her fault.) The next day, we brought her car to Secor for an estimate to repair. John Pasternak was responsive and very attentive to my daughter. He was very concerned for her and totally focused on explaining the repair and insurance process to her. He provided an estimate that day. When the insurance claim process was completed, we brought the car back to John/Secor for repair. John took care of everything with my daughter from the rental car to ensuring that she was comfortable with the work. I was so pleased and appreciative of John's personal interaction and professionalism with my daughter that I called to express my appreciation as a father and a 30 year customer at Secor.
