Our Response to COVID-19

As per the request of the Sate of Connecticut, Secor Volvo is taking all steps to insure both your health and wellbeing as well as that of our employees.

We are going to remain open on a limited basis to assist you with your automotive needs.

We are taking precautions at the store such as vigilantly wiping and cleaning our facility, wiping and cleaning the cars you might test drive or the cars you bring in for service.

We ask for your understanding as this is a fluid situation, but understand we know that without customers there is no Secor Volvo.

 

Effective Tuesday March 24, 2020 our Service and Parts Departments will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. thought 1 p.m. We have been asked to suspend our overnight service loaners through this unique situation. Our technicians and other personnel will make sure to wipe your vehicle down before and after your visit. Our lot is note gated so if your car must be towed in after hours we have a drop box for you to leave your keys and call us in the morning to go over the needs of your car. When you do arrive at the store PLEASE use our Service Drive and remain in your car, one of our advisors will be out to greet you and check you in.

If you need a specific part, please call ahead to make sure we have it in stock so that we have it ready for when you arrive. Our retail parts window will not be available on a walkin basis.

Our Collision Center will also be open from 7:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please be sure to call ahead to set an appointment.

Our Sales Department has also been required to make some changes. The state would ask that we become a Curb Side Sales Team. This means we will be open from 9 a.m. through 5 p.m.

We must ask that you please call us at (860) 442-3232 to let us know your are coming or to arrange a specific time to visit. Or visit us at www.secorvolvocars.com and reach out  to us, or even better email the manager, John Hamilton, at jhamilton@secorauto.com . We have set up a process where we can almost complete the entire sales process without you ever entering the showroom. We can appraise your vehicle, negotiate and process your deal, secure your credit approval and even secure a car with a deposit online or over the phone. If you are moving towards the end of your lease and have questions, please call or email us and we will get the answers you need.
